Shipping policy

If an item shipped to you is defective, you may return it within the first 7 days after receipt.  I will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (1-3 business days).  Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order. Please note that these shipping estimates do NOT include the time required for fulfillment. If you need your order rushed, please get in touch at ironandwolf@gmail.com to see if I can accommodate your request. 

I ship using minimal packing materials in order to minimize my environmental footprint.

I advise that you have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address. Iron & Wolf is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier. I will, however, do my best to address any damaged or delayed package issues with the carrier on your behalf. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders addressed to international destinations will ship with USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days).
