Refund policy

Each piece of jewelry is made with intention by hand. Most items are in stock and ready to ship, however some items are made to order. Please allow 1-4 weeks for fulfillment. This does not include shipping time. Once an order is ready to ship, you will be notified with the tracking number for the shipment. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Because each piece is handmade to order, I cannot accept returns. 

I am not able to accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders.  I recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces prior to placing your online order as all sales are final. Gift cards and sale items are not returnable.

If an item shipped to you is defective, you may return it within the first 7 days after receipt.  I will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and I recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item.
